Evaluating a Research Topic

Mostly, others evaluate it using the standard guidelines that are given by the different organizations in different fields which most of my classmates have already cited. Meeting these guidelines would be a plus factor in evaluating what kind of research work you have. But if I were to evaluate a research work: It should be for real and be beneficial for the many. Should be fully understand by everybody from beginning till end. And most especially, it should be a work that is useful after the thorough studies and experiments that have been made and not just be a piece of work that would be left in one corner for display.
